Very nice, but how do you access hdmi once these are rack mounted?

You can plug an HDMI cable as you mount the Pi into the case - I would recommend a cable with a right-angle end on the Pi end so that it uses less space. (I use my Pis headlessly in the case, though, so no video connection, only serial console cables and Ethernet connections.)

Is there a way to modify this to add a power switch so you can do a safe shutdown and restart?

Can this be used with an ssd nvme m.2 drive?
