Hi - I'm a 38C and I went with the large which fits me perfectly. I checked the bust size chart (which is a drop down button located right below the colour choices) which helped me decide which size to go with. They are brilliant by the way, very well made and hold you in place with no riding up of the band and they wash well. I'm very happy with my purchase. Hope this helps! :)
