Great TV, watch out for shipping damage
TV is great, be cautious ordering such a fragile item to be shipped. Product came unusable with the power connection point inside the TV broken and pushed into the TV. After mounting and powering on the TV would power cycle itself every few seconds making it impossible to navigate any screens to get to settings or diagnostics. Spoke to Amazon support who forwarded me to Samsung to try to get a service rep out to repair the TV. The Samsung rep recommended returning the TV for a replacement seeing as it was new out of the box, the Amazon rep was quick to click back onto the call and inform me they would not offer a replacement but could accept a return and I could purchase the TV again. The Samsung rep then sent me a text informing me that she had been hung up on and if I needed further help from Samsung to reach out to her, she still highly recommended replacing the entire unit. After speaking to the UPS driver who picked up the return he was very clear that boxes that do not fit in shelves are put flat on the floor, my suspicion is the TV was delivered flat and was damaged in shipping from the jarring. Now waiting 2 weeks for Amazon to issue a refund and out the cost of 2 TVs until then..Purchased a replacement at best buy where they beat amazons price, undamaged TV is great! Everyone who sees it sitting in art mode comment on how realistic the paintings look and how great the image is when viewing videos. The smart things app that accompanies the TV can be a little slow and confusing at times but fortunately it isn’t needed often. Highly recommend the Samsung frame, just caution having something so fragile come bouncing down the road to your home out of your control.

Stunning unit for artwork, presentations, digital signage, and streaming TV
This was our first Frame purchase - WOW! The display is beautiful, and the available artwork is stunning. We laugh as people who have walked by when the artwork changed have stopped in shock and said, "I thought that was a painting." The unit is exceeding thin, so mounts close to the wall. So, if you want access to the back, make sure you discuss it with your installer. Also, I believe there is a separate control unit. We had a box put in behind our TV to store the control unit. Some folks use their credenza with a cable "hider" up to the unit.

Absolute JUNK and CRAPPY customer service
Absolute JUNK and the world's WORST customer service. The TV has failed 3 times in under a year and still isn't fixed.Failure 1: The remote failed after five months. It took me over thirty minutes to get Samsung to send me a new remote which they said could take from 10-20 days to ship.Failure 2: The blue tooth remote stopped working again. I had to talk Samsung into sending out a repair tech. It took five days for parts to arrive. The blue tooth sensor and main board were replaced. The TV broke a third time 30 minutes after the pats were replaced.Failure 3: The TV started turning on by itself, the remote stopped working, and the TV crashes everytime I go to art mode. Sometimes it won't turn on at all or the brightness turns itself all the way down forcing me to unplug and reset the TV.After the 3rd failure Samsung tech support stated I was eligible for a refund. However, when I called to follow up they changed their story. I also discovered they called the repair company and closed my ticket so now I'm left with no TV and no update when the repair tech can make it out here.Basically Samsung keeps kicking the can down the road and replacing one part after another without success. They stated they will not give me refund or send me a replacement as long as they feel the TV can be repaired. So in other words they'll probably keep chasing ghosts until my warranty runs out.Avoid Samsung and especially this TV like the plague.

Great frame tv
Great tv easy to connect all devices to it, good picture quality and brightness for not being oled, not heavy at all and easy to install, great value for the money.

Excellent TV with many features
The most important to me is the clarity of the picture and there is absolutely no reflectiona show up on the screen. On my old TV the windows on the other side of the room would reflect on the screen making it hard to see.The next thing is the ability to display art, or my own pictures on the screen. Nixplay has an option where you may display a collection of your pictures, rotating through the collection.
