This product completely failed at all that was promised in the various ads and media. Immediate response was to be better sleep on first dose. Absolutely zero, slept worse than ever.

I take these right before night and I'm losing weight pretty quickly. Which is an added Plus because all I got them for was blood sugar levels and they are very effective at helping with that. You should still consult a doctor but these are pretty good.
