I bought it to make my wife happy.Covers our mini split nicely.Expensive though.

This product fits our mini split perfectly and it is good quality. Looks nice and would recommend it.

This company actually cares about the quality of their product and most importantly they care about what shape it arrives in when you receive it. It came in a heavy duty cardboard box. The product was bubble wrapped and then placed in a plastic sleeve. Then they used styrofoam AND a softer padding for further protection. But wait!!! There’s more!! They placed hard plastic corner pieces at each corner for FURTHER protection.Then they give you gloves so you don’t cut yourself when assembling the cover. Who does THAT??It’s absolutely beautiful.I had a little trouble with their assembly instructions. It appeared to me that the “corner angle” pieces provided were not for my model??? But they encourage you to call if you have questions and they have videos too. I also had to think outside the box (no pun intended) to fasten the top piece to the sides in the back where the open side is. My fix worked just fine.Good product and all my neighbors love it.

The listed sizes are the exterior of the finished item not the interior size that the cover can accommodate. No where does it list these dimensions or explain. frustrating to unbox and assemble the whole thing only to find it’s the wrong size and need to un assemble and pack up. Looks nice and high quality though, just fix the documentation here and on your website.

Package showed up with 4 extension arms for $400. Package says 35 lbs which it clearly isn't. I don't know what happened but I didn't receive any cover at all.Update:They was a shipping mistake. Seller sent me the complete item. Looks very nice and is sturdy by lightweight. 10g aluminum. Will buy again for further installations.

We had an ugly Mini Split now it is covered. Its a good investment if your looking for something sturdy to cover an ugly object. It was easy to put together and it looks like part of the house now.

Good product, but $400+ for seems pretty steep for a few pieces of sheet metal, but when you're pretty much the only game in town you can charge whatever. My HOA requires a cover so I had to buy it. Also didn't come with the lock assembly as shown in video, wish it had. Time will tell if it holds up to the elements.

The appearance and quality of this product is fantastic. Our mini split condenser is in a very visible location so this cover is a big improvement aesthetically.The bad news: We live in Florida and during the summer I’ve noticed our a/c unit seems to be working a lot harder with the fan running at a much higher speed all the time compared to before we put the cover on. The cover and a/c unit are also getting extremely hot and the inside unit is not blowing as cold. I took the cover off as a test and the system went back to normal operation.I really wanted this cover to be a viable solution but I’m worried that at a minimum it’s driving up our electric bill and also potentially doing damage to our a/c unit.
