Has anyone had a problem with the crystal part coming off when you grab the knob to pull the drawer out? I have to replace all of mine :-(

Yes!!! I posted that about a month ago. They break very easy and or chip. Either way I don’t like them. I haven’t even used them all.

What is the diameter of these screws? I assume they are metric. I need to purchase shorter screws, but cannot find the diameter.

The diameter of these screws is approximately .147 inch measured from thread to thread. I used a 5/32 drill to drill my holes in the cabinets. The length of these screws is 25mm which is 1 inch. Since you need shorter screws, the next available size is 20mm. You can buy 4mm x 20mm machine screws at most hardware stores.

Is the silver base a shiny, polished silver or a brushed nickel finish?

I'm looking for crystal knobs the size of a smallish door knob with a finish that isn't shiny. Does this sound right, or is the knob too small??

Hi! I feel as though this knob would be too small. It also is very ‘shiny’ in the sense that it’s very much like glass. They make perfect knobs for dressers though.
