This is hands down the worst thing I have ever bought on Amazon. This coffee maker has a horrible design, doesn't grind beans all the way, puts tons of grit in your coffee, and makes coffee the consistency of weak tea. I have no idea what the single name multiple reviews listed above are looking for in a coffee maker, but poor them. Wanted to ship it back for refund, but was told not to ship it back to China as shipping was too high. They refunded half the price and told me to keep it. It went out with the morning trash. If I can just get one person not to buy this, I will feel my conscious will be free. If you buy it, don't say you weren't warned!

I only paid $16 so this 3 star takes price into consideration.This coffee maker is NOT an effective ground and brew. The grind function is completely inadequate. It needs to grind about three times as long as it does. Its shocking this passed any quality testing. Had I paid any more than what I paid, I'd be irritated.Instead, I have an attractive, cheap, 4 cup coffee maker for my limited space kitchen instead of the big clunker that it replaced fir daily use. But the lack of useful grind and brew is dissatisfying.

This, by far, is my worst purchase through Amazon. Product developed a leak within the first 3 months of use. Seller wouldn't offer any remediation because it was outside their return policy. I had a Square Trade warranty and they would not replace the unit as it was still under the manufacturer warranty. The responsible manufacturer, Haier, would not replace the unit and indicated that is not a product intended for sale in the U.S. Bottom line; product is going into the garbage bin. Amazon should not allow the sale of this product to U.S. customers.

Wasn't going to write a review until I read all the 5 star reviews. It is cute, but, it says it makes 4 cups of coffee. It does not even make 2 measuring cups of coffee. Not sure what measurement they are using. Coffee does not get hot. Was offered 10% off if I wanted to keep it. Sent it back. It cost me $18 to send it back which was not refunded. I did get the cost of the coffee maker back. The grinding component was nice but very hard to clean. If you want your coffee maker to only make one normal size cup of coffee, this is for you. Put two cups of water in it, it will overflow. But if you want at least 2 cups brewed, forget it.

Lasted about 2 months. heater burnt out.

Need a replacement filter, why did it oly come with one?
