The travel size so affordable. Lovely scent, I had felt like I just received a spa facial.

The large blue bottle broke in half and blue jel went everywhere on openingpackage. Very disappointing with what cost was I would expect better quality package. I like the other items. Seams to be difficult to go to product support to resolve.

Disappointed to open my package and find that the toner was half empty and had leaked all over the packaging. The pro-collagen marine moisture essence also appears to have leaked a bit, as the liquid line is only just above the “Elemis” symbol.On top of the leaked products I received, the pro-collagen marine cream SPF 30 is EXPIRED! The other products do not have expiration dates on them, but I have a feeling that if one item from the kit is expired, then the others must be too.After receiving an Elemis facial on a cruise, I was reaaaaally looking forward to owning my own Elemis products. I was very disappointed with this kit, especially considering the price.

After receiving the items I immediately opened the box in my bathroom as I was excited to use everything. Very disappointed to find the toner looks like its been used already. Its almost half empty. The box was not wet so it did not leak out during transit. I tried to contact seller but there is no option to just send a message to the seller. The only options are to return for a refund or replace.These items are expensive so it should be perfect.

Would've liked more relevant mature skincare items.

At first all went well with the product. Then, I started getting small bumps and skin irritation after using the face wash. The toner was good, but again I stopped using with irritation and bumps.

This product is expired or gone bad. I've used ELEMIS for years so I know the scent and textures. So sad I was happy to find this deal.
