I take 800mg. per day for migraine prevention and these were a nice find and value for 400mg. per capsule. You have to be careful when choosing because many brands say “400mg. per serving but their serving is 2 capsules of 200mg. Not such a good value. I also take 800mg. of vitamin B-2 daily. My migraine history goes back 60 years and I take prescription preventives, too, but these vitamins are a win-win as they’re something natural to help your body in many ways.

I do like this product however, was looking for a 400 mg capsule. I was disappointed when I discovered this is a 200 mg capsule therefore, you must take two of them to receive 400 mg. This is my fault for not carefully reading the description. I gave four stars, instead of five, because I feel the description is a little misleading when it states "400 mg per serving - 200 capsules. A person may think that the bottle contains 200 capsules of 400 mgs each. You actually receive 100 servings.
