Swing arrived with ropes tied on opposite sides. So, I paid extra for this swing, because it came with 10 feet of rope and then we had to cut the rope off and use other rope I bought to hang the swing, because the person I’d paid to come hang the swing in our tree had already arrived when the defect was discovered. I am very disappointed that this defective product made it out of the warehouse in the first place.
