The dirt bike was for my 10 year old we had it for only 3 months now it no longer works want a refund.But now can't find on my Amazon account conveniently.

I ordered this bike for my grandson but read some negative reviews about the item and requested a return. Meanwhile the bike was already sent by the seller and could not cancel it until I got the product. Well, the product came in and was surprised in the condition and the contents of the package were pleasingly intact. I was surprised the great condition it came in despite of the negative reviews written about the item. Anyway, I decided to keep the product and change my review to " a really great product that arrived in perfect condition". I am happy but most of all, my grandson it happy. Thank you seller for having a great product and appreciate that the item was not defective or destroyed in shipping.

So far the bike has been great! My 6 year old can ride it with some room to grow. There were absolutely no assembly instructions which was very frustrating. Luckily my husband is pretty handy and was able to figure it out with some trial and error. Battery life has been great so far too, about 4 miles and still 75% battery left.

It is bad and has a bad handle and moves by it’s self

Very poorly made. Arrived with a broken ignition switch, manufacturer shipped a new one but it took a month to arrive from China. I hotwired the switch so the kids could ride it.It arrived with many of the screws loose, and if you look at them wrong you’ll strip them out. The rear caliper bracket prevents the axle from being moved far enough forward to set the chain tension. It was so tight the back wheel would hardly turn. Even after slotting the holes, the chain is still way too tight. There’s just not enough room for adjustment.The batteries have nothing holding them down, so they’re free to bounce around. The two top batteries are literally just sitting on top of the bottom battery. After a few weeks of riding, the terminal on the bottom battery chafed a hole right though the bottom of the top battery. Battery acid leaked all over. The batteries were chafed in multiple other places from bouncing around. It’s not safe.On top of the poor design and low quality parts, it’s not even fast. Our Razor MX350 24v bike is faster than this 36v bike. I got this for $240 when it first hit Amazon… you’d be crazy to spend the current price on one.I gave it 2 stars simply because their customer service shipped me the broken ignition with no questions asked.

Well I didn’t like that you didn’t get a lot of instructions to assemble it. Also I had to do a few things on my own because I get ahold of anyone. The bike runs good so far.

I bought this bike for my 12 year old nephew for birthday. The bike was very well packaged and was extremely easy to assemble, just the big box that had a little damage, but all the pieces are in good condition. The bike is delivered mainly assembled, so it didn't take long to finish it as the bike arrives with tools for assembly and also with stickers to make the bike more beautiful. The assembly was verry simple. The bike is also very sturdy and durable. I jumped on the bike and took it for a ride around our block and it went well. The bike didn't feel like it was going to break. So it's comfortable for my nephew, he loves it.

Don’t waste your money on this , they don’t write you back I spent over 3 something just for it to come package wrong and not working !!!! I need all my money back .. this was a Christmas gift but wasn’t good at all … it’s no number so I could get an refund
