Excellent value and does seem to work.
I have used this supplement for a week now and I can already feel the difference in my sugar craving. Only need 1 tablet per day. Personally I found it useful taking it after my breakfast.

Has helped me!
I did think for the price maybe they wouldn’t work.. but I can honestly say they have helped me so much with craving sweet/chocolate/anything sweet really! I have lost 8lb in 10 weeks and this was the only change in my lifestyle I have took! I have started now to eat better and exercise more in hope these keep my sweet cravings away! Would recommend. I had no side effects and have felt fine. Glad I gave them a go!

They do work
I was skeptical at first but for the price I thought i'd go ahead as have struggled with cravings for years.This product really has helped me and even in the first week I wasnt giving into cravings.I have seen some people say it doesnt qork but what I will sat is this isnt a magic pill that will solve your problems. You do have to have good willpower to go alongside this! You do have to make some changes to see the benfit too. Yes it stopped my cravings but I also did not give in to larger portion sizes too. My point is, this does work but its also yourself that has to do the work too! I no longer have cravings but it took a few days of taking before that stopped, no pill will magically work after 1 use.Give it a go and see for yourself.

Doesn’t work!!
Tried these for several weeks but did nothing, I even doubled the dose but still didn’t suppress my cravings at all, sorry but these are a waste of money.
