I have been caring for my husband who suffered a Brain Injury and is wheelchair bound. A nurse suggested this item and is the best thing I have spend money on. It helps to turn him or adjust him in bed with so much more ease. It's not bulky so it's not uncomfortable under him.

The mat is very substantial and makes some portions of repositioning much easier. I really need something to help move from edge of bed toward center so he can be turned on his side. It is great for rolling to side, but not for moving across bed. It is difficult with a 100 pound weight difference between us. Editing to say that putting a trash bag (of all things) under the mat made moving my 230lb husband incredibly easy!
