This disc glows well and throws well, but is a much harder plastic than discs by Wham-O (Frisbee) or Discraft.This means it may be more likely to hurt your hand when catching (but to be honest, that can still happen with softer discs, too) but on the upside, it seems far less likely to warp.We had a great time with it all week at the beach.Oh, PS, don't expect it to glow any longer because it was left in the sun "all day." That's not how glow-in-the-dark anything works. (Can't remember if I saw complaints about that for this disc or another one for sale on Amazon, but come on, people).Pack a blacklight flashlight (which is a UV light) and recharge as needed for bright night fun. Hard to notice at dusk, but just after sundown it becomes an awesome effect.

I moved up to 175 gram frisbees hoping our 3 German Shepherds would CHOMP them up as fast.....NOPE. Why do these girls LOVE chewing up frisbees ? But these HEAVIER ONES are better than the cheap ones.

This is by far the best-throwing frisbee I've ever used. The weight is enough to keep in stable, even with a bit of wind, but it's not too heavy. Also, the edges are extremely smooth. I've thrown some discs that were very rough around the edges (literally), which gets to be a real pain (also literally) on the palm. For the price, this is a terrific frisbee.

Throwing this frisbee is more than a game, its a memory, every singe toss means growth, progress, and tranquility. I once threw the frisbee and found closure with my father, who is no longer around.

My husband loves it. He says it's the perfect weight and size. Pretty cool that it glows in the dark too!!!
