The Parable of the Lost Sheep (Arch Books)

I teach 2nd grade faith formation class and I needed a book that would help me teach a certain lesson. I like to use books like this one to teach to them. I think it is easier for them to understand what is being taught. This book helped tremendously, my 2nd grader usually doesn't pay attention in class when the other teacher teaches but he actually told me he enjoyed the book. When I quizzed him about the lesson, he was able to answer all my questions. I could tell that the other students became more engaged in the book as I was reading it to them. The pictures in the book is nice and the story was easy for the kids to understand. I would recommend this book if you teach bible school.

Bought this for my grandchildren. Had one for their father when he was a child.

This book rhymes so beautifully. I will be teaching this story to small children while on a mission trip in Ecuador. This will even work perfect with the translators if I just sit with the kids and read to them because of how simply it rhymes! Thanks Arch books!

These are wonderful books for anyone to read. I think that they can teach a lot and is age appropriate. They are also AR books!!

These books are our favorite! The kids love picking out what Bible Story we are going to read! It's nice to take one of two along instead of having a big book with a lot of different stories in it!

Would recommend for children, teens and adults. It teaches and explains one of the Lord's parables and encourages one in the hope and promise of salvation.

Great stories in rhyme for kids. They were perfect for economical gifts in my Sunday school class that kids will enjoy reading over and over. I even got myself a collection to read in Sunday School.
