I purchased this over a year ago and have used it heavily. I dehydrate everything that comes out of my garden. It does a very nice job, is easy to use, easy to clean, has the capacity to process quite a lot of products at one time. A very nice machine.

Sooooo, this is my first ever dehydrator. I like it. I've dehydrated bananas, pineapple, beef, and made fruit rolls so far. Because this is my first dehydrator, I don't really have anything to compare this to. Nevertheless, my impression is that this does a good job. The bananas and pineapple pieces came out perfectly. I did notice, however, that pieces towards the front of the machine took a bit longer to fully dehydrate. This may be due to me continually opening the door. Either way - it's not a huge draw back. Just a matter of turning the rack around midway through the drying time. My first-ever beef jerky also came out waaay too salty but that has nothing to do with the dehydrator. It did a great job of dehydrating the jerky quickly (~4 hrs with the first hour at 172°F and subsequently 155°F). I'll definitely be using this - a lot. Dehydrated fruit is wonderful.The reasons I went with this dehydrator, primarily, were:1) It heats up to 172°F.2) It comes with fruit leather trays, mats for smaller food pieces, and silicone oven mitts.I really love that I didn't have to go find and buy anything else to make fruit rolls and pineapple pieces (they shrink A LOT with the water gone) on my first go.Overall, I'd recommend this dehydrator. It does a good job and has plenty of options for temperature and time.

Loved all the trays.And The easy cleaning, the temperature control, And the sideways heat ! One HINT TURN THE TRAYS EVERY FEW HRS. since it,s hotter on the right side where the fan is located. And wear the finger protecters that come with your dehydrator. They are HOT.. I give it at A

Some of the trays are a little too small and they fall when I try to slide them into place

I love this and have been having so much fun with it. I have yet to try Jerky but have done some herbs from my garden as well as some onions those turned out amazing

Hubby wanted to make jerky. I wanted to dry out herbs from my garden. It also has other setting for veggies and fruit. We’ve made jerky twice now and it turned out delicious. It’s a bit bigger than what I needed but is nice and works great.

Amazingly quiet!!! Our old dehydrator gave me migraines because it was so loud. I was skeptical when getting a new one at a higher price, but it is whisper quiet. I can hardly tell it’s even on!! Absolutely worth the money. The settings are handy and being able to control the temp and time, it’ll turn off when it’s done. Quality! Highly recommend!

Likes; Large, easy to clean, understandable controls.Dislikes; uneven dehydrated vegetables no matter how many times you rotate the trays, which I was hoping I wouldn’t have to do. The first attempt was terrible, half the veggies were not dehydrated at all while others were browned, which means uneven temperatures throughout the unit. I had to throw out the first batch. The next morning I tried again, same veggies, green beans, peas, carrots, corn, all close to the same size except for the green beans. I tried a lower temperature, and I rotated the trays every 2 hours, the exact same thing started to happen, some not dehydrated and others started to looked cooked. I have never had this problem with my tried and true stackable round model. I was very bummed out because I was hoping this was my dream dehydrator for a reasonable price. I have started a return on this dehydrator and I ordered extra trays for my round model and use it till it quits.

O forno é muito bom, de fato. Porém aviso que é 110V, muito importante e o anúncio isso não fica claro. Tive que comprar um transformador de 500W para usar com ele.
