I can't say anything about the items inside because thankfully I have not had to use any of them. I got this kit because I am a softball coach and felt it necessary to have. The size is perfect and the items are all neatly placed making it easy to find items. It also includes a LOT of items and for the price I really don't think you can beat it. The case is sturdy with a nice fabric covering.

Great kit. It is jam packed with lots of items. I would like to add a neosporin travel spray... that's about all it's missing. I purchased this to keep in my trunk, but I will also be using it for our camping trip in July.

I like this kit so much I bought two more to give to my daughters to carry in their cars. However, I did add a couple of things to each kit. A disposal poncho and two flashlights (a small handheld and a compact "headlamp" to keep their hands free).

Very nice for the money. You need this in your car, for camping, or as a feature part of earthquake preparedness. There is enough room to add as I did a QuickClot gauze patch.

Has every thing you need/want out of a general first aid kit.

Pretty much everything you could need for camping, backpacking, and hiking. Every Cub Scout had to have one, and compared to the other 10 kids versions this one had more and had better quality items.
