Thin, effective, and stylish. I wouldn't be embarrassed to wear this outside. So much better than the glorify trash bag suits or neoprene that sticks to your skin. Great value. I would buy it again.

I got an xxl as opposed to my regular size xl. The top fits well but the bottom was too small! I guess I didn’t really anticipate using the pants it was just a bonus but the top will make up sweat!!!! Easy to clean. No weird smell.

if you would like to sweat this is the perfect jacket to get works great for a woman I did get a different one through Amazon which didn’t do what this one is intended to do to make you sweat perfect I got it extra large to fit myself as a girl and my husband has the double X and we already see great results!!!

I now on 2 of these and they fit perfect, they have stretch and so easy to work out and do squats in. I wear them even when not working out. Easy to take care of, just simply wash and I hang mine up to dry and still looks new after multiple washes. I bought Large and an Xtra Large (for when i wear my sauna belt underneath)I am 5ft tall and 145lbs and they both fit perfect !
