First off, you're not getting a before and after photo and frankly, you wouldn't want that.This stuff works. It's slightly astringent, though that can vary if you put more or less on. It doesn't require a lot and it spreads well. Relief is pretty well instant and once-a-day treatment has been enough. But the main thing is just how far it goes. I use it most days and it's just getting close enough for me to require another tub - I bought the one I'm using almost a year ago in the mental heat of 2022.Unfortunately, it hasn't been a permanent solution but the value for money means I'm not terribly bothered and I'm not sure I expected that.I've just dropped my next tub into my basket, so take that as a vote of confidence.

I had tried everything to get rid of a rash that appeared under one of my armpits after an allergic reaction to a deodorant. I used Sudocrem, Canesten and even an antibiotic cream and nothing worked, well the Canesten did help a bit.So after doing a bit of research this type of cream popped up and so I decided to try it as It was not getting any better.You only need a bit and I washed and cleaned my armpit 3 times a day using only water or sensitive baby wipes and this cream, I was amazed at the results after a few days. The soreness stopped, the itchiness stopped and the rash was disappearing. I was able to start using deodorant again after 3 weeks (wanted to make sure it was gone for good before using deodorants again). The one thing I did notice was a warming sensation on application but it was not a discomfort just a warming sensation, my skin is sensitive all over so it might not affect you in the same way.My daughter has dry cracked sore hands after washing up constantly and they got infected so she tried this and it soothed it and started to heal it along with a moisturiser, she stopped using this and it came back again so she is going to carry on using till it disappears this time she said.It might not work for everyone but it is worth a try if you are feeling miserable about a rash that won't go away.

What a surprise - so many 5 star reviews - so does the stuff work?Just a single 1 star review by somebody who could not stand the burning sensation!The stuff works incredibly quickly. It cleared a patch of itchy skin on my face in a single application. Two applications on a cotton bud to stop my left ear itching - it has been itching for 10 years ... nothing worked. My bottom has been itching for 20 years ... Daktacort stops the itch ... but the itch comes back after a week or two. And it has got steroids in it. This small pot really has got some special stuff in it. I have not even used the top millimetre of the cream. It sure burns ... but in a refreshing sort of way ... must be the menthol in it. What more can I say? Surprisingly, staggeringly - effective.It must be the combination of 21 kinds of herbal extracts - each one chosen to knock out fungi and bacteria. And most herbs contain multiple different anti fungal compounds. So there must be at least 100 different anti fungal compounds in the cream. So it is going to cure most things. How many types of fungi do plants and herbs have to defend themselves from? Thousands, if not millions, of different fungi.Spectacular stuff - and I have used less than 1% of the pot.

I've really struggled with stubborn pustular and inverse psoriasis, this stuff is a miracle in a pot. The first couple of times you use it, the minty burn is a little bit of a shock but I've just bought my 3rd pot because I can't do without now! It very quickly banishes any flare ups, usually I only have to use it generously a couple of times in a row and then I'm psoriasis free for a while. Anyone who struggles with stubborn skin conditions knows that even just a few days break from them is as good as a holiday! I look forward to the minty burn now, I know that I can manage my skin effectively. My only gripe is I wish they did a spray version as well, just for an easy top-up!
