This product seems to work fine. I try to take it daily for overall health, especially when my diet isn't the best. Two nights ago my daughter had a high fever. I gave her a teaspoon of the powder in apple juice twice before she went to bed. While she slept I put a cold rag on her back every hour or so. The fever was gone by mid morning. I think the powder played a big part in getting rid of the cause of the fever. A great thing about the purchase was that the seller included a plastic measuring spoon and a surprise gift of pine needle powder. I gave the powder to my dad because he wasn't feeling well and it helped him get better over night. I love pine needle tea, so I'll definitely be stockpiling it from this seller soon!
