I particularly like this product b/c of the high quality ingredients that include a synergistic blend of different herbs such as Hawthorn Berry which is a very effective anti-inflammatory. It also includes very powerful herbs such as Red Root which has synergistic effects with all the other ingredients. I am noticing that my resting heart rate is lower than it used to be and I am already a fit person that works out and takes care of my health by eating well (no junk food and good sleep) - so there is further room for improvement for those who are athletes looking for an edge. Kudos to the high caliber ingredients included in here.

I'm often skeptical of claims by many supplements on Amazon, as they often under perform or under deliver on their promises. Let's just say I have had more bad experiences with supplements on here than good ones. Heart+, however, has delivered on its promise of cardiovascular support, helping regulate blood pressure post exercise, which is a challenge in very hot weather. The quality of the supplements starts with how they look, and you can smell and see that there are no fillers like other supplements with a similar goal. I like that I can break it up over the day, taking one capsule after my workout and one before getting to work. It has helped me maintain my focus as well as helped me with any lingering pain from the day. I would recommend those who struggle with headaches, or other challenges related to your cardiovascular system to try this. It took just about 1 week to see it was working, and it is well worth the purchase.

This product has no weird fishy taste like moats heart health supplements. It has no odd taste at all and is very easy to swallow. After just the one week I’ve taken this product I feel that it is a good regimen to improve my heart health

I originally purchased these supplements because I ran out of one of three blood pressure medications and I also lost my health coverage so I was looking for temporary fix to bridge the gap; however, I ended up finding a permanent solution. I started actually paying attention to my sodium intake and staying away from too much of it. Doing that along with this supplement has had my blood pressure perfect every time I check.
