I take stay plates out and put in a garment bag. Nd ass on cold. Air dry. Velcro is excellent. I’ve had 7 months and still works like new. Highly recommend! Can wear under clothes if loose shirt. I just wear on top of my shirt.

So far the back brace has been very helpful for my achy back. I have been wearing it daily for about 10 hours and it has been very helpful. No problem with digging in on the sides like other braces that I have used in the past. The brace doesn't roll, it stays in place which is great. I feel the extra support that I need for my back.
