Twin Fish Zafu Meditation Cushion / Yoga Pillow: Relax and get into your zen (12.5” wide x 7” tall)

I use an app called HeadSpace and I always found sitting upright would make my lower and upper back burn. I have tight muscles considering I sit at a desk all day, so I was having issues sticking to daily meditation. When I received this meditation cushion in the mail, I was so excited. It's aesthetically pleasing to the eye and when I sat on it, I was pleasantly surprised. I thought I was going to sink into it or that it would be squishy, but it wasn't. It was firm and it raises my hips above my knees which relieves the pressure from my back. I've used this cushion so far everyday for the last 7 days and I am IN LOVE. It makes me want to meditate because I am able to be in a comfortable seat. I 10/10 recommend to everyone who has problems sitting up straight. This cushion works wonders!

I really like this Zafu meditation pillow. I will be comparing it to my other (more pricy branded) Zafu pillow. I often play singing bowls and meditate. I am a plus sized gal with long legs. This pillow has worked better for me and is more comfortable as it takes the pressure off of my knees. I usually perform on hard surfaces such as stages, floors, and well as outside in the grass and under trees. The height is excellent.I have good news for you! This pillow actually measures a little bigger than stated in the description. I measured it at a good 8 inch height and 13 in diameter as shown in the photos. This pillow is quite higher than my other pillow which is about 5 inches high and 12 inch diameter. I am a plus sized gal so the wider surface and height are more comfortable for me. I weigh more that the suggested weight for this pillow. When I am performing for a group I will be sitting for 1-2 hours. I can use all the comfort I can get. The organic fabric cover is easily removed and can be washed. The zipper itself tucks nicely away under the carrying handle so it won't poke you. The pillow itself has a zipper, you can remove hulls for desired comfort. The fabric itself I fine to be a bit thin, and this is my only complaint. The handle itself is also thin when as the pillow is quite heavy. I wonder about the durability of the light fabric after a long time of use. The design is delightful and the colors are soft, not as vibrant as stock photos. Regardless of my minor complaint this pillow still wins over my pricier Zafu.I definitely recommend this pillow if you have long legs or plus size like me. The height definitely makes a huge difference in comfort.

This zafu was really beautiful, but it was the first one I ever bought and it was really too tall for me. I'm about 5 5 and somewhere between 140 and 150 lb. I bought it to go on a 10-day meditation Retreat and woof. I was really lucky that they had others zafus available.It came on time and well packaged. I think it would be great for someone who is a lot taller than I.I hope this helps :)

This cushion arrived promptly, in perfect condition and is super comfortable! It has a cloth handle stitched on the side to make it easy to carry and store and is stuffed with hulls to make it very comfortable and the perfect amount of squishy. I'm just beginning a meditation practice and am pretty stiff in my hips, so the 7" cushion gives me plenty of height so my hips don't hurt when my legs are crossed and helps position my spine correctly so that I can be relaxed but not slumped. The company who sells this cushion also flooded up via email to make sure it arrived promptly. So all around a really great experience!

I love this meditation cusion. It is sturdy and actually very pretty. Not as dark as the picture, much lighter in color, but I am really pleased. I used it in a 1 1/2 hr meditation workshop and some 1 hr meditation sessions and it is very comfortable. It is tall, and I am 5'1 but it was not a problem at all. It gave me good height, but be sure to check the cushion height to make sure it's what you want. I would definitely purchase from this seller again.
