I have been using these for about 3 years. I can mow the lawn and talk to people and they cannot hear the lawn mower. When you lift the boom, it tells you that you are muted which is great. I have no idea about these other reviews but some might have got a bad unit. The battery stays charged for days. The only thing I don't like is that you cannot replace the cushion. I got covers for them but they are not conforming to the ear like they are without the covers. The other thing i do not like is if you are connected to the TV and Phone, then shut the TV off. It beeps cause its trying to reconnect to the TV. I just reboot the headset to stop the beep.

At first I was meh about these headphones. I considered sending them back because I have other systems and I could have used them. BUT I work remotely as a school psychologist and do evaluations from home via zoom. I also have a LOUD parrot and a yappy little dog (I love her) but they can be really noisy. Before a meeting, I was signed on to Zoom and the coordinator and I were talking when my bird screamed! I asked the coordinator if she heard the bird and she did not! I was thrilled and decided I’d keep them. I like that I can lift the microphone and turn off the mic without getting my mouse and trying to find the mic icon. I also like that I’m not tangled in wires as it connects via Bluetooth. I do wish I had better control over the mic output volume, otherwise great headset!!

This is a decent headset, however most of the time it would not pair and I would have to unplug and re-insert the USB dongle, and turn the headset off and back on. I would definitely say that the talk time is not 30 hours. I've been on it off and on each day, and I get the low power announcement often. I'm not a gamer, but used it for work and Microsoft Teams meeting, so not sure of the sound quality in relation to that. I'll pay a little more next time for a headset that can be rested on a charging unit instead of a USB-C connection.

Reasonably well made but I expected it to be a bit sturdier and the sound quality to have more fidelity for the $85 price. It sounds a bit thin, but it is clear. Haven't tried the microphone yet. The reason I bought this headset was because it's more business oriented but is over the ear instead of on the ear. On ear headsets/headphones make my ears hurt. It works for that. The head squeeze pressure isn't too much but enough to feel secure. I also bought the SoundCore Q20i from Anker. The SoundCore is just a BT headphone but at $39, it has better build quality and sound quality. Wish SoundCore made the Q20 in a headset.

I've been testing bluetooth headsets for a year since heading back to the office. There are a lot of options that are great at the high end, this is the best I've found so far at a consumer price point. Comfortable ear cushions, good sound quality reported by people I've spoken with, and reliable pairing to two devices at once rather than just remembering two devices but requiring manually disconnecting from one device to then manually connect from the second one. It is consumer grade, I feels a little delicate to me, but I can buy 5 of these before I each the cost of similar professional headsets,

UPDATE 4-18-23 - I HAVE BEEN IN TOUCH WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY ARE CHOOSING NOT TO HELP SO I WILL BE PURCHASING ANOTHER HEADSET- I DO NOT AT ALL RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. It will only work for a short time and will be painful the entire. Update. The headphones are not working as well as they first did and it's only been just under 3 months since I bought them. They will now drop a call; there's a delay in the microphone picking up my voice, and there is a pause in them picking up the client's voice. Nothing on my computer has changed, I am still hard wired into the internet and when I test those speeds it says very fast. I start my day with a full charge on them because I do work from home and I use them 8-10 hours a day. AND BTW they still hurt after nearly 3 months. I think it might be time to buy a different pair. I have sent an email to the company who is based in India so we will see if I get a response and how they handle the situation and I will update here if they do a really good job (plus keep the headset) otherwise I will be on the hunt again. At first I was not very happy with the quality of the sound or how I sounded with these headphones but once I hardwired my laptop to the internet the quality of the sound on the headphones was much better and I didn't sound like a machine. the battery life is decent for someone who wants to use them to work. The problem with them is they HURT!!! I can only manage about the hours of wearing them before I have a terrible headache and the sides of my head around my ears ache. They are not heavy they are just too tight. I have tried stretching them by placing them on something large overnight but that has not helped. When I buy my hats I buy a 7 1/4 so I know I don't have an oversize head these are just too small or don't stretch enough?? I am really not sure.

On a technical level, I love these: The audio quality on the headphones is great, with the microphone being good as well. They're easily some of the most comfortable headphones I've worn. They can be actively paired to two devices, playing audio on one and smartly cutting over when you get a call on the second. The mute/unmute voice line is annoying, but not a dealbreaker. The big problem with these is the hinges. I've had two, and both failed in this exact same way: after a bit of bending, the hinge snaps on the left ear piece, leaving it completely detached from the headset. After the first one broke, I was willing to give them a second chance since they work so well otherwise; but even with ginger handling(not putting any force on the earpieces when taking them off and on, sitting them on a headset cradle instead of down on the desk) they still didn't even make it two years as daily drivers before snapping again. If it weren't for this disposable build quality, I'd readily recommend them, but as they are I can only say stay away.

Definitely a snag. Bought em for work Since I work from home and I do everything with them. Only thing if it connects to PC and phone sometimes it has problems playin one or other so I have to turn off and turn on to get right. But all in all I love em I like how it mutes my calls when no put mix up! Update; these are my second set of headphones I have purchased and they literally broke unexpectedly. They were on my head I was talking and they just popped and broke and the ear that held the mic broke and dangles. It doesn’t matter how gentle you are they will BREAK.

The headphone is really perfect and helps a lot on meetings. audio and connect like a charm.

C’est un très bon casque sans fil et avec micro, livré avec pochette de rangement, essentiel pour le transporter partout avec soi. Hyper pratique pour l’utilisation sur un ordinateur ! Fini les anciens casques avec fil ! Utilisé principalement sur ordinateur pour les réunions, je trouve que la qualité du son est limpide, on peux même couper le micro temporairement. Facile d’utilisation, grâce a son Bluetooth il se connecte rapidement. Le son est de bonne qualité, L’écoute est limpide, très très peu de bruit parasite. Il n’est pas dans la catégorie « ultra haut-de-gamme » mais je le classe vraiment en catégorie de qualité supérieure. Il s’adapte fort parfaitement sur la tête. Pas trop lourd, il est même très confortable puisque entouré d’un revêtement simili cuir à la fois autour des oreilles et aussi sur le haut du casque. La description du vendeur est très bien expliquée et les fonctions du casque correspondent à la réalité de l’utilisation au quotidien. Je suis vraiment très satisfaite de ce produit. Le prix est totalement adapté, juste en dessous des 50 €, facile d’utilisation et d’excellente qualité, il mérite vraiment ses cinq étoiles, Je le recommande vivement , on est libre dans les mouvements, plus besoin d’être collé à l’ordinateur. L’essayer, c’est l’adopter ! On ne peut plus s’en passer quand on doit l’utiliser !

Lo he estado usando en un call center, se escuchaba mal y me escuchaban mal. Había veces que si cambiaba la salida de audio y quería volver a los cascos, y el micrófono dejaba de funcionar. He probado con otros cascos y esto no pasa.

After one day: It was worth searching for a budget headphone with mic for hours. I needed this for homeoffice call centre work and people can finally hear me thanks to the microphone. The packaging is really nice and it is comfortable, durable, and after 24hours still didn't run out of battery. It's fine for music as well. Not to mention that you can sleep in it comfortably if you need to. I only used it with bluetooth so far, it was easily paired with my phone and laptop as well. One minus is that it covers the whole ear and makes it sweat, but the positive side far outweighs this. I paid extra for the fast shipping to Hungary and really appreciate that UPS, unlike many other shipping services, actually rang my doorbell instead of just calling me for three seconds to check if I'm home at all.

Bought this to use on MS Teams as I wear glasses and the on ear headphones were hurting. These do the job perfectly and lifting the mic to mute / unmute works fine also. Would recommend for anyone who is on calls for a long period of time as they are also comfortable to wear.
