This is a 12v power supply that outputs 5A to run a fan (or multiple fans). The power supply can run about 12 DC fans with the proper connectors.

Plug into the adapter from wall cord was loose and easily would pull out. Plug into the standard molex connector was a bit on the large side and was a very snug fit requiring a fair bit of force. I tried on several plugs to verify.Gives the power I needed though.
