Good value and quality
I'm a hobby cook and always keep an eye for quality products at a discount. I bought this knife as an Amazon Resale product (rated very good condition) and have been thrilled with it. The steel is hard and the initial edge is sharp and will likely hold for a while based on the cutting angle. The handle is solid and feels great in hand. The 11cm size is perfect as a utility knife, and I've used it daily since it arrived and haven't had any complaints. If you need a utility knife this is as good as you're likely to find without spending 2-3 times the money.

Cutting Edge.
Wanted one of those for a while. It's sharp, well if there wasn't a burr on the the blade . I sharpened it and now it's as I want . Bloody keen.Well made and solid. The fluting states that the items you cut don't stick ..Big Lie. But minor really.Brilliant knife for the block , solid and nicer when you have the best edge possible on it .

Good product
This is a substantial heavy cleaver. The handle is good and comfortable in your hands the blade is very sharp. It is a large cleaver. I would definitely buy this again.

Very Sharp, Strong Blade
These are very sharp and the blade is tough. These were actually very good value compared to the other bread knifes on the market. I never knew bread knifes could cost so much, considering their basic use.Don't waste your money spending over £100 on a bread knife, this will most likely do a better job than the pricier knifes on the market.Definitely recommend this if you want high quality at an affordable price.

Super sharp
Really sharp and balanced. Its got a good weight to it and looks like its been made well. Not used it to cut through bones but on soft meat and veg its great. I might buy a few others sizes.

Useful cheap utility knife
So purchased this on sale with the paring and Santoku. The utility and paring are useful short blades. The knives are heavy and these feel great and hardy. The hefty feel feels great but the blade not the weight should cut. Victorinox is light weight and superior in all aspects and the same price point. Professionals will tell you to not even bother with anything else unless you want expensive knives. The weight is good in hand but the long blades too heavy. More like golf clubs.Out the box no factory knife is good at this price point unless victorinox.I had the three knives hand sharpened by an expert with Japanese stones which cost more than the knives themselves and they are useful and great at dirty tasks. I bought nearly £800 of Japanese knives and I use this one where I don’t want to break the expensive blade.Buy one and have it professionally sharpened. Factory knives are poor.
