I bought first a 500gm pack and then 1kg pack and my daughter finished whole and she liked it's taste. However, I had bought it with a purpose for height gain and not weight gain. She is 13 yrs old. After finishing both bottles, her height didn't increase at all even though she is doing skipping rope exercise daily alongside, but weight increased from 51 to 58 kg. That's unwanted. So I stopped. If someone is looking for weight gain, it's awesome. But if someone is looking for height gain, then not much of use even with lengthning exercises.

Total waste product. 4,5 days child had this product. After that heavy cough and sputum. Since stoped to drink this stopped cough and sputum.
