Followed the instructions and hung a lightweight hanging plant, still came off the ceiling and smashed the pot within a few days.

Strongest hold EVER!
I put the first one in the wrong spot and tried to take it off. I practically hung my entire body weight from it and it did not budge! I finally pried it off with a screwdriver. Didn’t take the paint off, but left a little residue. It’s on my ceiling, so not too bothered by it. I’m using them to hang plants from the ceiling and i’m now 100% comfortable they won’t fall!

Easy to use! Light weight! Extremely sturdy! LOVE THESE!!!! We use them to hold a mosquito net over our bed!

Junk product don't buy. Didn't stay a month on the wall
I put this one to hold a .3 lb bell on my wall. It holds well for a month and dropped. I can't return due to Amazon policy no return after a month. Avoid buying this as the adhesive is very poor to hold

Make sure to wait over night before hanging anything on them
This is the second set of these I purchased for our outside porch in Florida. Very humid and I am using them on an aluminum ceiling. They stay attached even though the sun is beating on the roof and I have some plants hanging form them that are probably as heavy as 3 pounds.
