Puri TechHayward Super II 2HP SP3015X20AZ Replacement Motor Kit AO Smith UST1202 w/GO-KIT-2

Last pump motor only lasted 2 years. Just installed this. Came with all gaskets and seals needed for the pump to do the replacement including silicone lubricant. What can I say. Works flawlessly right now and no leaks. Came 3 days early too which was great as I was worried about the pool turning green during the down time.

Alright... i had to pull my bad review. The motor was set to 115 when it arrived... not 220 as the instructions say it is. When I ran it (in the 220 position) it would thermally trip in 10 sec or so... Hope I didn't damage it. The instructions clearly state that the motor arrives in the 220 position. I'll put up a pic to help the next person. If you hear a loud humming coming from the unit try to change the voltage selector to the other position (black plastic hex shape next to the wire hook ups)

Perfect replacement, came with everything I needed, even all the gaskets for the impeller housing. A nice surprise. No step by step instructions, just a schematic sketch, so if you’re not experienced with doing this, watch a few how-to videos on YouTube first. Very important to get the order correct.

So far so good. Strong pump it does self prime unlike the past pumps I've had. It's quiet and hasn't failed me yet.Update 9/10/2019Almost a year later and this pump is still running strong. It is very quiet and the bearings have not failed. I have had to replace the impeller and diffuser 1 time due to debris getting into them but other than that no issues with the pump. It has lasted in the Arizona heat for 2 summers running strong.

I purchased this product for a pool pump (SP3015X20AZBH) that was making a noise and leaked water when on. It was a straight forward install thanks to searching relevant videos on YouTube. Unfortunately there are no tutorial video links or instruction sheet included in the box that would take a lot of the guess work out on how to replace components but I managed to figure it out. Silicon sealant is included but not mentioned in the description above. I’ve had it installed for about a month and no issues. I’m also very happy I didn’t have to spend more $$$ on a whole pump assembly.

My original Hayward Super II pump motor lasted for 12 years then burnt up...not too bad. I bought this repacement motor in Feb 2019 and it lasted for 17 months and burnt up yesterday. Worked really good with powerful, quiet operation while it lasted. I replaced all internal seals O-rings etc....basically rebuilt the pump. Was expecting at-least 5 years service from this new pump motor. Not very impressed. I just ordered a new Pentair entire pump today, should have done this last year. Dont waste your money on this POS motor.

This is crazy, not even 16 months old and the motor has stopped working.This is not against the seller unfortunately it’s against the manufacturer but the seller is he sold it to me.

THIS IS NOT A HAYWARD PUMP!!!! It is a knock off !!!!!!
