I know this has some negative reviews but, for me, it worked wonders. At first I was disgusted when it arrived because I didn't know it only came as ONE deodorizer. I thought there were more than one in the pack. But after I put it in my garbage and realized that it got rid of every odor, I wasn't mad anymore and decided I would be buying this on a regular basis. I tried everything to keep my garbage from smelling, which came from cat disposal. Baking soda and disinfectant spray didn't do it. But this completely got rid of the odor. I mean no smell at all. I didn't expect it but, as I said, I'll be purchasing this on the regular. -- EDIT!!! -- It worked until it fell in the garbage. Not sure how this is supposed to last 3 months or longer when it doesn't even stay stuck to the lid for two weeks. Won't be buying again after all. A waste of money since it falls off and you don't even realize it. Money, literally, in the trash.

These only have a sticky adherence to the can of an inch tall and not a inch wide to hold on a multiple inch box it isn’t gonna stay up it’s going to get caught on something and pulled in the can as it doesn’t adhere to the lid very well or strongly at all! When I opened the package I smelled nothing no scent at all. I’ve put these on both cans easily but they aren’t strongly affixed to the can because of poor design and there is no smell,

It was okay. Not really a strong enough smell like I was expecting. And then the sticky thing didn’t work… Whole thing fell off apparently. My boyfriend emptied the garbage and now it’s gone lol. Don’t plan on buying again

Our temperatures went to 105 and I had old onion and fish skins in my barrel. My barrel and garage were smelling bad. I put the air fresheners in the trash barrel the night before trash day and to be honest, my garage still smelt poorly but the barrel was greatly improved. The next day after the trash was collected, I had no odors in my garage nor in the barrel! I’m happy to have this garbage air fresheners to get me through the summer.

This was such a great idea and I really needed it for my stinky garage trash can. The first day I used it, it popped open and the insert fell in the trash. I had to pick it out and popped it back in thinking it would be fine. Unfortunately, the next time I put trash in the can (after pickup day), it had fallen out again and was gone forever. It was too much money for it to pop open so easily. Loss of money for me.

This item does not work at all. It did not work at all in the kitchen trash can. I noticed one morning that the smell was terrible. I ended up getting a car freshener that fit in the holder and that worked better.
