Easy to assemble. Well packaged to prevent damage. Sturdy. Doesn't creak. The only downside is that the "seams" on the top of the cushion are a little wavy and not perfectly aligned. So I would really rate this 4.5 but I had to choose between a 4 or 5. It's close to Christmas so i went with a 5. Ho, ho, ho. Yippee Ki-Yay.

Great add for my living room and white keyboard. Makes a great extra seating item. Comfortable for my 87 year old dad who plays every day.

My child is starting piano/keyboard lessons, her teacher wants a bench of the right height so we ordered this. The good. This piano bench looks nice, is adjustable and has a small compartment for storage in the seat, which is nice for clutter reduction. The storage are is not real big, but it is currently holding 7 slim piano lesson books and a spiral notebook, which is enough for us at the moment. It was fairly easy to put together and the only tool needed was provided.The cons- the adjustable seat is a manual screw and it’s slow. I can see this seat growing with a child and it works just fine for us, but it may be annoying having several folks in a household using it at the same time. I just cant see taking the trouble to adjust this for several people to practice each day. Their may be better piano seats for this purpose. Another con, which was mentioned before, is that some paint was chipped from the bottom of the piano in several places. This gave me splinters, but does not affect the looks after it is set up for the most part. It seems like the wood needs to be sanded and repainted in several places on the bottom.I added a photo of the chip and 1 of our books in the seat to give an idea of depth.

This is very comfortable and sturdy. I am so happy with it. The one I have for my second piano, which I only use for studying notes, was giving me back pain so I decided to find one and this is actually easy to assemble and I can study the notes longer now but still I prefer to play on a real piano. I only copied the bench that I have with my real piano in the living room and this is just like it. Very comfy and has a storage to put some books.

It seems like a decent piano bench with small storage, however, it DID NOT come with the parts required to attach the legs to the seat! The screws on the legs are also encased in plastic which I had to struggle to remove with an exacto knife. Really disappointed in the trouble I had to go through to assemble this, it could've been so much easier if parts were included and if I didn't have to cut plastic coverings off the screws??

This adjustable bench with storage was exactly what I wanted. It was incredibly easy to assemble, very sturdy, as well as being very comfortable. There is plenty of storage for sheet music and I am so pleased with the quality.

It is a piano bench. I use it to sit while playing the piano. I love that it holds more weight than most benches and that it raises up and is comfortable and has a place for music. I would have liked a wider bench and a deeper music storage area. However, I am delighted with it. It is pretty and cushiony, too. It came quickly and was a reasonable price. Thank you.

1 year after use the bench hinges broke and the top has fully come apart.

This product had been bumped and had multiple scratches and some of the paint was peeling off.I repaired the scratched area by painting it black.The chair has four unbalanced legs and wobbles a bit, so I use tape on the bottoms of two of the legs.
