I bought this bag because my son has had 2 Sosoon bags that are just brilliant. He uses one for school and carries heavy books round in it constantly, and after 2 years it's still solid.On arrival of this bag I could tell that the build quality is similar. The zips feel solid and the material is rugged. The straps don't feel like they're going to rip as soon as you put any considerable weight in it and the padding is comfortable. There are a good few pockets on it and they're all spacious, with the main compartment being particularly large. Even the side pockets that looked small on the pictures are a decent size.I can't comment on the long term durability yet but I have no doubt that this will last. I got caught in a bit of a downpour the other day and although I wasn't out in it long, my laptop was kept perfectly dry inside. It's also got a really handy and solid feeling carry handle on the top for when you've got a lot of weight in it.The only cons I can find are that the bottle holders on either side don't stretch particularly wide so you might have difficulty getting some bottles in them; and the zips are so solid, they make a clinking noise when you walk with it which is kind of annoying. It would be nice if they had a bit of rubber around them to stop this but I think I'm just going to put a bit of tape on them to stop this.All in all, for a very reasonable price, I think this is an excellent bag.

This is a very well made bag. My teen son beats up bags so in searching on Amazon I looked up heavy duty. This bag will last him. It’s made with heavy woven materials but isn’t heavy weight wise which is amazing because if you buy a higher quality purse they tend to weigh more in general. This bag has so many pockets, super padded shoulder straps, nice protection for a laptop, it even has a pocket that cannot be accessed while wearing your backpack that sits against the small of your back so good for valuables if you are traveling. All the plastic parts are heavy duty, the zippers are heavy duty, all the zipper pulls are metal along with the zipper slide, it’s super stylish and neutral so a man or woman would feel comfortable wearing this. We bought the larger 17” size and it would be great size for a larger teen or adult to use. It will easily lay flat when opened which is perfect for travel security. Has a nice and comfortable varying handle as well. “ water bottle” pockets on both sides, permanent key D ring for your keys, loop to hang your sunglasses on the shoulder strap, small pocket on the other shoulder strap to conceal credit cards and cash, I mean it’s a very nicely made bag. So many features and it’s a fantastic buy for the price. I would buy this again for my other family members for travel and I just think I will do that.

Love this backpack, it was better than I expected. Looks Good, is Sturdy and fits and protects my laptop and everything else I use at work. Price was also great

I absolutely love this backpack. I have to carry around a huge heavy laptop and this backpack makes it easy. It’s extremely durable and makes your load seem lighter with all the padding on the straps and the back. There are a lot of compartments so I can take a keyboard, books, etc.. I’m so glad I made this purchase and couldn’t recommend it more!

My Husband was looking for a sturdy backpack ,as his old one was worse for wear, he decided to go for this one .Arrived yesterday ,he's really pleased with it,very roomy ,deceptive in size ,lost of little pockets and it opens wide ,he will be hoping that it will last ! Also has a phone charger (handy) as buses have charging points on them .
