Good Branded Panasonic Ac with great price.Value for money.
Build quality is good.High cooling. Sound is optimum,not less not more.Happy with the purchase at optimum price.Packaging was not good,but delivery was on time.Panasonic didnt send anyone for installation,got a call immediately from Panasonic after delivery but they said they dont serve the area where my house is.irony is my house is in central part of Hyderabad.i called and installed the Ac by Ac technician from nearby outside the brand.Ac is working fine till now will update later.

Each time i rebooted the ac it's temprature automatically changed to 24

Looks like a cheaply made product and Panasonic Service is AWFUL
UPDATE:***Second day of using the new AC and it has started making loud noises whenever the compressor turns ON. The noise is so loud as if a Train is crossing near by.Have called Panasonic Customer Care & as expected they are unhelpful ***The product itself looks cheaply made and filmsy. The coils are extremely thin ( looks like due to cost cutting) not sure how long it will last.Installation service by Panasonic is pathetic.Technician had no ID, no mask, no santization and they didn't clean the premise after installation.Took them 5 hours to install the AC as only one techinician came by my house and the other one was busy somewhere else.Technician refused to modify my wooden window for installation so I had to call a carpenter for it. Had to Rs 1000 for the carpenter.So Panasonic basically charged me 599 just to lift the ac and slide it in the frame ( which my carpenter already fixed) and connect the wire.They were using rusty screws.I would recommend spending a few thousands more and buying established brands like LG , O General for a better quality and after sales service.

Excellent A/c.
Very satisfied with its performance regarding cooling the room. Already own a panasonic a/c for a year. Got it at a good exchange price. Actually bought two to replace two old window a/cs. Go for it.Con: The vent shutter should be fully closed, when a/c is switched off, to ensure insects to enter into room. For India this is must option. This is the only drawback.

*An Excellent window AC Unit *Much better air flow than Hitachi....Heavy copper fittings & heavy grill used....Deserves to be Japans #1 brand....Doesnt have flashy stickers pasted over the ac unit....Looks simple & perfect even for big rooms.....Seller is professional, delivered the unit 1 day before the commited day safely....No hassle while placing, receiving & installing the ac unit......This is my second unit, same model.....

Good AC, terrible installation service
One of the worst installation services. The Amazon product page says a 450 rupees installation charge. However, the person who came for installation asked for 600, an additional 150 for a power plug, and 300 for a small narrow strip of plywood. Also, the quality of the installation is terrible. THe AC makes noise and there is no insulation applied around the edges.

Overall good product
Everything is good but....#1 it is little noisy.#2 energy consumption is more than expected.Overall very good. Reviews after 2 months usage.

Value for money
Overall a nice experience. Using for more than a month now. Good cooling even at 44-45 degrees. Noise level is also low. Installation and support was prompt by Amazon & Panasonic. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
