Love, love, love
The texture is excellent. I recommend hearing with ginger, broth or stock, and little coconut aminos. So easy and delicious.

Konjac noodles - Pretty good, for what they are
This review is for "Organic Konjac Noodles" (Angel Hair shape, 8 pouches). You need to understand what these are before leaving a review: konjac noodles are quite different from conventional noodles. They are a trade off. They have basically no calories and zero carbs so great for dieters. I'm pleased to report these noodles have no offensive odor unlike some brands! They have NO TASTE or flavor WHATSOEVER. You have to season these "noodles" or else they will be flavorless. They have an unusual texture - kind of rubbery. Now I am going to tell you how I prepare them. I open the package, drain the liquid then rinse them in a colander for a few minutes. Then I transfer them into a small frypan. I add NO OIL - I cook them dry. While they heat up in the pan, I stir them until all of the liquid is gone and they are hot - usually takes a few minutes. While they are cooking I add dry seasonings. I usually toss in garlic powder, black pepper, black sesame seeds and a bit of celery salt. They're "done" in a few minutes, then I top them with stir fried veggies and lean meat. Yum! You can eat these basically guilt free. Also if you prepare them using this method they leave no residue behind in the little frypan so cleanup is very easy! Good luck and enjoy!

Great for price
These are good. I know that all these noodles have a weird flavor and smell, but that can be fixed. I rinse with warm water, spray white vinegar and wash again. After boiling them in salted water they are ok. And they absorb whatever flavors and spices you add when cooking so no biggie. Don’t let the smell you get when you open then fool you. They’re not bad. These have less noodles than other brands but for the price, I think it’s fair. I always add lots of veggies and even seeds, so no problem.

50/50 Sometimes Great sometimes Not so Good.
Normally I love this product, as it fits into seveal diets and is good substitute for Carbs. However on my last purchase of two identical boxes, One box was almost impossible to eat because of the texture and taste. The second box was perfect in texture and taste. If I wouldn't have ordered two boxes I would never buy this product again. Hopefully, it was a one time problem. With all that, I would still purchase this product in the future....Like I said 50/50 it is great or...........

Did I get a bad batch?
I've had konjac noodles before and they've never been like this. Right out of the package they're too hard to even chew. I know that they get rubbery with overcooking but these started out that way. I tried several times but nothing I do to prepare them makes them better. Maybe it's this brand or maybe I just got a bad batch but either way I'll be choosing other brands in the future.

Very small serving sizes
The taste is okay but the amount in each little bag was not enough. I had to use 1 1/2 bags per person. It’s smaller than I normally get in my usual brand that was not available.

Excellent for keto diets
This package included a variety of shapes that work well for varied dishes. What I like most is the single-serving packaging - this allows options for the same meal - perhaps I want a super thin noodle and my husband wants a thicker noodle or rice-shaped base for a sauce. As for the "taste" konjac noodles are essentially tasteless. You may note a slightly "fishy" aroma when opening the package, however, rinsing the noodles in a strainer leaves them odorless. These also work well for soups (I put them in at the end as they need no cooking).
