I have a hobby of collecting novelty lip balms and since Mtn Dew is, pretty much, the only soda I enjoy, I had to get these. The quality of the balm itself is fairly standard. Feels nice on the lips, doesn't overstay its welcome, gets a bit gummy but nothing unusual, and has basically no taste. The smell and flavor is very subtle but I prefer that for soda-flavored balms since others I've tried (such as Coca-Cola or Fanta flavored balms) have been too overpowering. I think $15 for 4 standard-quality lip balms is too steep no matter the branding/packaging, so for that I'm taking off a star, but other than that I have no complaints. The primary packaging (AKA the bottle-shaped lip balm containers) is very nice and functional and the secondary packaging (the box) was also very cute and on-theme. Loved it!
