Cheaply made--hooks fell off the first day
Poorly designed and made. Gromets pulled out and hooks fell off the first day.

Not a sturdy or durable product
Used mainly for 10-12 year old age groups. The holes on the screen began tearing apart within a week of use. Was used twice for High School age pitchers and the metal frame was bent on just a few thrown balls of contact. Have to add that customer service gets a negative review as well. They were very attentive at the beginning and replaced the first screen and a couple of the bent metal frame parts. Once I began going through the second screen and took on additional damage to the metal frame they wouldn't return my emails. This is well within the one year warranty. Not a sturdy or durable product.

Cheaply made
The first time this was used the bungee cords broke that hold it to the frame. Unfortunately with our busy schedule it didn’t get used until after the return period had closed.

Don’t waste your money!
It started breaking right away. The metal rings holding the target are breaking off. I have to use zip ties now to hold it up. The hooks holding it at the bottom barely lasted a month. The target itself is tearing in a bunch of different places. When I called to inquire about the warranty no one was working (supposedly because of Covid) but I was told to leave a message and they’d get back to me. They never did. I will definitely not be buying anything from ATEC ever again!
