Not a new condition
It was said new condition , not true,original packaging was open the kettle dirty and finger prints all over.

Low product quality
Lid did not open easily from day 1, then kettle got stuck on stand. Release clip faulty.Finally after 6 months use, kettle stopped working altogether.Has 30 day warranty.Looks great but a bad purchase. This review is absolutely identical to all the issues I have with product. For the price of product it is UNACCEPTABLE. The seller MUST pay full refund even after 30-days OF WARRANTY. The product goes under Bugatti name. It is shame.

It is hard to place the kettle on its base.
I like a very unconventional shape and look. It takes several days to get use to putting the kettle on the base because its slanted position.
