Game changer
This product has been a game changer for me, and after adding a couple addition products in, I feel like I’m functioning the best I have in a long time.I am chronically dopamine deficient (which means I’m prone to depression and have ADHD and struggle to maintain energy levels and motivation. I went from manageable to nearly non functioning after surviving some trauma and thought I’d never feel like myself again.I’ve been on Rasa for two years and it definitely started helping me get back on track. I do like the flavor (especially when mixed with coffee, cocoa and cream) but it’s also just like a nice earthy tea when drank solo.I’ve added a few things in to my morning protocol and after months of this I feel like a new person and have much more steady motivation, mood and energy now.At the beginning of each week I brew up a big thing of fresh ground fair trade espresso beans and brew it with several scoops of Rasa (I use less coffee than I normally would, I’m basically cutting it with the Rasa.) I put that in a jar and refrigerated it for the week and then each day I make a smoothie.I add my coffee/Rasa blend, some oat milk, a few spoonfuls of plain full fat yogurt, a dropper of Lionsmane tincture, a spoonful of MCT oil and the hero of the blend is a chocolate protein powder by Life’s Basics because it has a really perfect ratio of amino acids which are super important for brain function. It takes about 5 minutes to blend this up and holds me over until afternoon.I’ve got more energy and focus, less appetite, better mood, and am finally stating to feel like ME again

Good but not really a coffee flavor
This is a coffee alternative which does not taste like coffee at all. It is a rich deep flavor and is pretty good as long as you are not thinking it will taste like coffee. It does leave me relaxed and is great on days where there is going to be a lot of stress and I do not need the jitters.

Not coffee but quite flavorful
So I bought this because I don’t need the extra stimulation of coffee. And I enjoy other things to drink… So I tried this, and it’s quite good. it’s not bitter and for me I don’t require anything sweet to mask the flavor. I usually have a cup in the morning to wake me up and one in the evening as I sit and read a book or watch a show.

NOPE
I recently gave up coffee after going back on strict AIP. It wasn’t that difficult for me to give it up as I usually only had one small Americano in the morning. I purchased Rasa as more of a replacement of the coffee ritual that I missed, and being it was “caffeine free” I thought I’d give it a try. Halfway through the first cup I started to get a headache. I began to feel dizzy and thought maybe it was just because I hadn’t eaten anything yet that morning. I was so dizzy I wasn’t even able to focus and had to take a break from work for an hour. The next day I tried it with food and noticed the dizziness wasn’t as pronounced, but I immediately noticed another headache coming on (I never get headaches). The next day I tried it again (because I refused to acknowledge that I just spend $30 on something I will need to throw away) and back came the headache and dizziness. I also noticed heart palpitations starting and a continued feeling like I couldn’t concentrate on work. The next day I decided not to drink any and I legit went through withdrawals. I had a headache all day and ended up sleeping 12 hours that night. The headache/withdrawals lasted two more days and I am finally feeling better. Moral of the story: Rasa is not for me. After researching the ingredients, I have found that this is definitely a stimulant that may not be best for those of us who are sensitive. I wanted to post this review in case others experience similar symptoms. Listen to your body!

I did not like the flavor.
I have been a health "foodie" my whole life. I just could not get past the yucky flavor. I even tried to make this into a late. Nope

Don't expect coffee
I felt the need to write an honest review after seeing so many bad reviews. The first thing I have to say is: don't expect this to taste like coffee. It absolutely does not. Consider it more like a tea that has the same color and opacity as coffee. After suffering from hormone imbalance and Crohn's, I quickly realized caffeine was never going to be my friend. I had also been trying to find a way to include some adaptogenic herbs in my daily life, so I gave Rasa a shot. The first sip was not great. I started drinking it with a lot of dairy-free milk and honey/maple syrup to make it taste better. I still don't know which herb it is, but there is one that kind of overpowers the rest. It's not for everyone. However, I kept drinking and became more used to the taste, and now I have it every morning as a replacement for coffee. I love it. Sometimes I will add some vanilla extract and sweetener if I'm feeling a bit sassy :p If I drink it every day for 6 months straight, I will get tired of the taste. Sometimes I just take a break, but I always come back to it.I prepare mine in a single-serving French press. I just put about 1.5 tablespoons with about 1.5 cups of water, let it steep while I make breakfast and I'm good to go. If I'm on the run, I will actually just put it in my tea travel mug that has an infuser attachment and it works wonders. Is it expensive? Yes.Does it taste like coffee? No.Is it great for you and worth trying? Definitely. And if it helps, I have found out after prepping my Rasa and forgetting it on the counter as I left for work that it tastes even better microwaved the next day for some reason. Maybe give that a shot?:)

Great coffee replacer!
This makes for a great coffee replacer! It has a similar taste with a slight earthy aftertaste that I do not mind (and I hate earthy tea's!) I get a clear mind focus and cleaner energy kick; I don't get the jitters or the shakes and a HUGE bonus is that it does not give me heartburn! I highly recommend this product for those that suffer from these similar coffee side affects. If you want a more chocolaty tastier version, the Rasa Cacao is my favorite! Not sure if this relates - but I feel happier as well. I seem to be less stressed and can handle my demanding stressful job a lot easier now. I feel great and don't seem to have the harsh crash at the end of the day while trying to make dinner and clean up. 5 stars for sure!

Not Great but not Bad enough to toss
I bought Rasa because I was looking for a coffee alternative. I found that it tasted more like chamomile tea with under notes of lawn clippings. It doesn't taste like coffee at all but it isn't so bad that I will waste it by throwing it out. I drink it with mill and sugar and am a tad alarmed that it will slowly curdle my milk.I gave it 3 stars because I did get a gentle energy from it without any jitters.I won't buy again but if you don't mind the obvious herbiness, this might be for you.

Extremely Satisfying and Delicious
When regular coffee finally proved too much for my system, my lovely wife ordered this for me and we tested it out together. As two people who are passionate about coffee we thought it would be a hard sell, but I haven't had coffee since. Experimenting with brewing and additions has breathed fresh life into my morning ritual and my body feels excellent. You won't be disappointed with the product, and their customer service has been exceptional! Happy Brewing

Terrible indegestion from this
Not happy with this at all, gave me really bad indigestion. Also researching the ingredients it has He shou Wou which apparently is also really bad for your liver. It also takes a long time to make, so 10-15 minutes of brewing by french press so it really is just cold by the time you are ready to drink it. Very unhappy with this purchase , im very dissapointed that I purchased this for a few trails. My suggestion purchase this off of their actual site and do the trial, they have a good refund policy on there but not on amazon. Otherwise it's just an expensive way to trial a coffee alternative.
