The media could not be loaded.  A pleasant experience from the product part. Silent, efficient and looks good after installation. Earlier i was skeptical about this product as many customers complaint, naming a few like water dripping, AC unit non functional at-arrival and PCB failure after few months. But i believe that most of their the problems were caused due to improper fitting during installation, which i found none as the installation team was good at what they were supposed to do. AC is FORM, FIT and FUNCTION as expected.

After analysing all the negative reviews here, I found that there aren't any issues with the product but with the installation. If you are lucky (and can have some other technician with you at the time of installation), this AC works excellently well.Cooling is powerful and sufficient even at 27 degrees C on dry mode. The daily household electricity consumption after keeping this AC on for 8 hours is around 2 units (Mumbai).The remote malfunctions sometimes (freezes), but can be reset after removing batteries.Have not faced any other issues with this AC after usage of over 1 year.Note: You also get one free service from Whirlpool within 1 year of installation.

I purchased this Whirlpool 1.5T 5S Inverter Magicool AC 2022 Model and installed in my room measuring 150 sq ft.The AC is useless as it does not coolEven at 16 degrees and the worst part is that the executives which Whirlpool will send will try to convince you that this is the best cooling. First time they installed the AC within 3 days gas leaked out due to faulty installation. Then the service centre head was so rude as he could not admit his mistake so he closed the ticket without attending the complaint. After 7 service request and escalation mails to Whirlpool they finally sent the engineer.But AC cooling does not stand temperatures of North India of 45 Degrees. It is not able to bring down the temperature of the room to 29 even when operating at 16 Degree for more than one hour.Noise Level is pretty high. Remote does not have backlight but otherwise has dark glow buttonsOverall Zero Star AC. Have put it on sale and will get some good brand AC now

Since I have a calibrated watts meter, I measured it @230Volts and It has 4 power levels1. C1:-688 watts at low compressor (1 TR) + fan speed low2. C2:-790 watts at low compressor (1.1 TR )+ fan speed low3. C3:-950 watts at medium compressor (1.3 TR ) + fan speed low4. C4:-1100 to 1250 watts at high compressor (1.65 TR ) + fan speed lowAnd in about 10 minutes @C2 it was able to cool down to at 26 deg Celsius for a 200 sq seet room, the remote shows all the data for common usages, but the display on indoor unit does not show all the data. Overall nice experience and noiceless operations

Worst Whirlpool services at Karimnagar District. AC is not working got PC Board problem within 3 months after purchase, raised so many complaints till today but the Whirlpool services are very worst at Karimnagar District. The service men came and open the AC parts and left them dismantled. We still found no proper response from them its been more than 6 months we are having this problem and Ac is not at all working and we only left with 1 month of warranty. Dont know what to do?
