I’ll start by saying that I have bought and used at least 7 boxes of this product in the last 6 months. Hot Shot works for my leg and feet cramps. Unfortunately the product arrives in a damaged box and the actual 1.7 oz. plastic lid is almost always cracked and broken across the top. (Luckily the product does not leak out.) The product is difficult to open. As I often wake up cramping, I always have one open to use when the “emergency” strikes.I recommend it, but wish the company could do a much better job of packaging.

Decent product but 25% of the bottles were broken. You can't ship these in plastic bags. They aren't sufficiently protected during shipping.
