JUNK Severely Ripped Within a Week
This pack arrived and as soon as we took it out of the box I wondered if it was a knock off - the material looked cheap, the stiching wasn't well done, but my teen daughter really wanted it so we ket it. Well, within a week of use the inside ripped completely, so there were no compartments, but just a shredded single compartment with no dividing material.Waiting for our replacement pack now but I'm not optimistic. Either JanSport has gone WAY DOWN HILL or these are actually cheap knockoffs.

ARE ALL THESE GOOD REVIEWS FAKE?
Shoulder strap ripped off after 1 week. Are all these good reviews fake? I hope not. Maybe it was just a fluke. I've order a new one, so will see. Maybe amazon will take this one back?

Big enough for any adventure
This backpack doesn't have a ton of pockets-within-pockets and other specialized specific features, and I like that because it allows this pack to serve many purposes - I've used it for camping trips, school, overnights, and more, and there is always enough room (and I'm not typically a light packer). I also appreciate the plain design and the sturdy material because I've been able to add patches and pins to customize it to my style, and they stay on very well without compromising the pack's integrity. Would recommend!

Backpack as described. We like this one better as it has the 5 pouches versus just two but its not too bulky.
