Works pretty good. I used it on my daughter. She did say it hurt, but wax was build up in her ears. Thanks to this cool product. Her ears are now clean. As with any tool. Just be careful not to go to deep in the ear or you'll bust the eardrum. Definitely worth getting just be extra careful when using.

I love this thing, works so well. My wife is the one that uses it for me, it's effective it what it does.This is the second one I've purchased because the battery died on my old one and I couldn't replace it, but that was made by another company... This has replaceable batteries be sure to get this one.

PROs: Works well. Lighted tips improve viewing inside the ear canal. Several replacement batteries included. Syringe is not something I needed but it and the metal spoon pick are good qualityCONs:The case that the lighted pick is made for is useless. The tips must be removed from the lighted portion during storage and these items are not going to hold up to heavy use of taking it apart and putting it back on. The painted on words on the main part instantly wiped off but I really didn't care. Handle part is thin plastic so battery replacement may cause damage to connector parts but I haven't done that yet.

I used this to help remove tonsil stones. The lighted tip is my really useful in digging at those stones. The soft curved tip helped maneuver behind folds of membranes with damaging them. I used to bleed in the past using cotton sticks or other dental utensils. This product is really worth the money spent. Highly recommended!

The light didn't stay on. Kept going off. Haven't used the syringe yet. The metal works the best. Careful using on tonsils though.

Having huge tonsils is such a pain; especially when you have stones trapped. I tried multiple things to remove them in the past and this tool does the trick! You have to be careful because the tonsils are sensitive and bleed easily and this tool quickly goes into the spaces in your tonsils. This is how the stones are removed and pushed out. Overall, best product I've ever used!

The pieces are plastic and I was afraid it would break. It was hard to put the different heads on. Once on they were on pretty good and hard to take off without breaking.
