For the price the tape gun worked as expected. The tape sometimes gets bundled up and I have to waste it by starting fresh. It's not a huge complication, but when you are in the zone of packaging boxes it can get frustrating to stop and clear out messed up tape every second box or so. Still, it works for what I purchased it for.

The dispenser design is flawed. The center nut keeps falling out as one uses it as it supposed to. They should have used a lock nut. I ended up taking out the spring to reduce friction onto the nut. Otherwise, the dispenser seemed like it was made with good solid materials. The tape was ok, on the thinner size. But the tape dispenser left me wanting.

Works as expected. The tape that comes with it isn't top of the line and smells quite toxic but after airing out- works fine.If you're not careful you can cut yourself on the teeth that cut the tape but to get a gun with a safety is a lot more $.This is a good tape gun for the price. I recommend it.

I mainly got these to wrap up something I had to return. But then two of my roomates announced they were moving out, so I let them borrow this to pack up.The tape provided is good quality and clear, as I was able to completely coat the return label in it without ruining the important barcodes and scan points. The return processed successfully, so it didn't (seem to) cause any issues with the return carrier.And since my old roomates haven't complained about their boxes breaking open (we taped them up with an X across each seam on the bottom, then just one on the top) it seems that the tape holds well.

It a good deal, and the tape is okay, but the tape dispenser keeps screw keeps coming loose and falling off, then I have to chase down the screw, the spring and other piece that it holds together. I have to re-tighten the screw about every 3 times I tape a box, very annoying.

The roller under the blade had a sharp piece of plastic where the molds met that was sharp and cutting the tape in half when you used it.After a lighter and a carefull blade. I smoothed it out and it was fine.

nice tape gun for the price works like any of the others well built but the tape does what the tape does lol it is a tape gun at a GOOD price

The tape is GREAT!!! But tape gun broke day 1.. I still can't figure out how to fix it but I needed the tape so I didn't return it. I should have.
