Postpartum Essential
5 months ago, we welcomed our beautiful baby girl. I had a natural birth and required a few stitches.Having relied on loads of YouTube videos, articles and reviews, I found myself overwhelmed with postpartum routines and excessive product purchases. While DIY soothing pads and frida 4-step comfort was promoted, I knew realistically, I didnt want to faf and fuss about my postpartum routine and also not spend so much money.As most items, this was a gamble and the only product I bought (Apart from peri bottle, huge help and Lansinoh hot & cold relief pad, not comfortable or relieving) which provided me with so much relief!!!Whilst I love natural remedies, I was in heaven when I smelt this as it smells like botanicals.... my husband on the other hand, not so much... He called it "my medicine spray". The scent may not appeal to some but what matters is the overall relief and benefits it provides.I used this spray after every toilet break and shower. I bought one bottle and still have some left. I'll be keeping it for any future discomforts I may have.

Amazing stuff
My last review didn’t get approved and I don’t know why.It’s amazing and really helped with some relief after my episiotomy.Sadly the spray did get clogged and I had to clean it constantly and then it broke. So it was no longer a fine mist but I could still use it.

Not the best. Get the balm instead
This product is useless. I have not given birth yet but I shaved and used it down there to help, it's honestly useless. I have the mamma organic pernieal balm and used that instead and - Viola! Worked immediately.

Bottle Leaked throughout Hospital Bag and the Smell Made me Nauseous
I am so disappointed in this product. I applied the spray bottle cap to use while I was in hospital and it leaked all throughout my hospital bag. I made sure I put the cap on properly and believed it to be sealed, however, clearly this cap did not fit the bottle correctly. I only used it once before all contents had leaked all over my labour bag, so I cannot comment on the effectiveness of the product, however, the spray nozzle did not work well and this also leaked across my hands as I used it. While some people have commented that they enjoyed the smell, I found it to be nausea-inducing. While it may be made from botanicals, as a beautician I am very much used to botanical smells, however, this smelled much more like a fermented beverage than anything else. Not great, especially when all of your hospital clothes and items end up smelling that way. Not happy, I'm afraid.

The best thing for after baby delivery! ❤️
Ahh! This product has just saved my recovery. It has helped soo much!It would soothe the pain and stinging, especialy every time I would need to go to the toilet. I had a minimal tear down there and spraying this has numbed the pain and made it much easier for me to use the toilet.Throughout the recovery I used 1 and a half botles.It also smells really nice.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

DIDN'T EVEN USE
Package came fine. Didn't even open the bottle, just popped in my hospital bag to use after birth. Came to use it and all the liquid went everywhere! Not sure what happened but obviously the seal wasn't very secure. Really upset as many of my items were ruined and I couldn't use it after such good recommendations..

Spray directly onto the perineum for instant relief post birth. Use before and after the toilet to relieve stinging and discomfort. Store in the fridge and use when cold to provide extra relief. Use as often as required.
