Starting To Help
I've been taking this hair supplement for about 2 months. I think it's starting to make a difference. It's hard to say what is effective exactly since I've been doing a lot to help my hair get stronger. For 3 years, I have been loosing my hair in huge chunks. About half of it is gone. I had to cut my hair shorter than I like. My scalp is very dry and itchy, but after 2 days my hair becomes very oily. On top of taking this supplement, I've been taking type 2 Collagen (with MSM, chondroitin, hyaluronic acid), magnesium, omega 3, liposomal vitamin C, vitamin D3. I'm also treating my scalp with oil masks (castor oil, coconut oil, tea tree essential oil) and using scrubs to exfoliate my scalp. I also try to massage my scalp everytime I shower to try to encourage new hair growth. I've been losing less and less every week. Very encouraging!

Good product but the pills are big.

Pills had burst open upon delivery
I love these vitamins they have made my hair grow back along side with birth control pills after I was diagnosed with PCOS and my hair was falling out due to androgen alopecia.However, the last time I got these pills they were in gel form and last a very long time. Some burst because they were melted in extreme heat.This time the pills were different and when I got them some had burst open just after I got them delivered and they were all coated and sticky. Hope they still work

No more extreme hair loss :)
Every time I washed my hair I would have fist fulls of hair in my hand, clumps on the floor of the shower, on the floor in the bathroom after blowdrying my hair, and all over the house! I was very concerned, even the hairdressers were telling me it was pretty bad! I found my hair was getting so thin and just blah. I started taking these pills about 3 weeks ago and no word of a lie my hair has significantly stopped falling out. Now I will lose what I belive is a normal amount of hair. It is too soon to tell for hair growth, but I am am extremily happy with this product for what it had done already in such a short amount of time. :)
