I have been taking these for a few days and I am already feeling the benefit they don’t taste good but this is a small price to pay for something that works, I will keep on taking them and see what benefit I get.

it does nothing

This is a nice all-round supplement for generally supporting bladder and urinary health on an ongoing basis, however if, like me, you suffer from recurrent cystitis or severe urethral problems then you would need to use a supplement with a higher dose of D-Mannose than the 300mg (over 2 capsules) dose you get here (my urinary specialist recommended a minimum of 1,000mg D-Mannose daily, but obviously you need to talk to your own doctor).Therefore, these are less cost effective for me than simply buying D-Mannose only supplements, or using the Urika Flow UT Support capsules instead.

it does not work for what i wanted it for

My Granny used to say "auld age disnae come itself!" Oh, how very right she was. In my case, auld age seems to be bringing recurring cystitis and thrush. Yay! Not. Enter Urika… They produce a range of supplements to support women's health. These ones work by stopping bad bacteria from sticking to the lining of the bladder. You know, those jaggy ones that cause you to pee razor blades? These capsules will banish cystitis and can be taken as maintenance to prevent it coming back. Well worth the money!

I've ordered Urika supplements before and have been very happy. I appreciate the fact that they are British made and clearly marked as being suitable for vegans. They use vegetarian capsule shells and similar attention and care to detail is taken with their ingredients. You get 60 capsules here and the recommended daily serving is two capsules twice daily so a fortnights worth. Not bad considering the price of well under a tenner. Definitely one to consider.
