This chair is built well, has incredible lumbar support and an adjustable neck/head pillow. It took about 30 minutes to put together, and a tool is included, although using a Phillips head screwdriver may be a bit faster in the trim attachment. It got a little complicated when attaching the chair back, but was otherwise easy to assemble. I am quite comfortable, and you can adjust the width of the armrests when assembling so think this out prior to tightening. I truly feel like I am in my own Captains chair and it is a great new addition for my office!

Comfortable sturdy back and neck support

This chair was horrible from the jump and i hated it but didnt want break it down to return it. But now after only 2 short months of having it these people want me to break down this piece of junk snd sent it back to them through the mail like the pictures aren't good enough. Complete junk save your time and money and hopefully they'll be out of business they dont deserve a penny! Disgusting in every aspect

The media could not be loaded.  I originally purchased this super excited off of the one raving review, but unfortunately by the time I received and unboxed the item, new reviews came in with the same exact dilemma I’m facing today! We got the bottom part of the chair fully assembled until we get to step 6, where we realize theres a DEFECT! There’s no bottom holes to literally screw and attach the back of the chair into! (See video of instructions vs chair) Don’t expect to have anything handled, better yet *TIP* make sure you keep the box in tack to return!

Very disappointed, I purchased this as a sole gift for my son and it couldn’t even be put together. There were no pre drilled holes, it was wobbly. I tried to contact customer service but my only option is to fully disassemble what I had together and send back UPS. I am afraid to repurchase, I may just go with a different brand.
