This drill has been designed specifically to be small, but still have an unusually high amount of torque to power through the densely hard packed sand at the beach. This is the best way to anchor your umbrella, and the built-in RECHARGEABLE batteries will last for many trips to the beach before needing recharged, and when they do, simply plug it in. The indicator lights will show you when it's fully charged. Also works great to make a PILOT HOLE for umbrellas with a plastic screw tip. This will make screwing down your umbrella pole so much easier. Those plastic screw tips don't work on hard packed sand, but with this beach drill you can make a pilot hole, then your pole will screw down easily, and be very securely anchored.
