For the price if you need a paper cutter this will do it for you. I only suggest that you use it as you should with the paper holder and springs attached. I tried to cut very large paper with this holding down the paper with my hands. It was hard to make a perfect cut but still did the job for me. If you buy it and use it as intended you won't a single problem. It's small, lightweight and can be easily stored. Value for money this deserves 5 stars. Highly recommend.

This paper trimmer works very well, but keep an eye on the main fastening bolt as it might start to loosen, as you use it for the first time. This is very light weight make sure you use both hands or it won't cut straight.As someone who on occasion needs to cut paper into various sizes it is quite handy to have one that doesn't take up much room, and is easy to pick up and go.

Does NOT cut!!! For $20 this thing is garbage. One sheet of paper is getting torn? I threw this in the trash not even worth the gas money to return it.

It doesn't always come down correctly to cut the paper.

I returned this order. It was light weight but the cut was horrible and blade was so dull. I ordered to keep my self from cutting one piece of iron on sheet one at a time. But I was better off doing that than using the cutter. I wouldnt recommend it.

This paper cutter was dull by the 2nd use and started ripping my paper by the third use. Don't waste your money. The size was a good idea, but honestly I would buy a full size one instead, the small size made it awkward and hard to use.

Would be an awesome trimmer, but I got it specifically for 12x12 scrapbook paper, and it is not 12” wide (as it’s listed in the title and description), only 11-7/8” wide, and messes up the paper if you try to squeeze in a 12x12.

It only cuts 1/2 of the sheet of paperUseless piece of JUNK !Suggest no one buys this useless item.
