Not happy with product
Instructions for products were okay but not super clear after getting installed put down into pool for use it does not propel itself forward very well you have to keep nudging it and no sooner it starts to go the flap and water flow spin around and try to take it off in a different direction it does not even go more than 2 ft without stopping at a time have to order another pool vacuum this one is not working well at all

NO CONPRAR A ESTE VENDEDOR!!El robot no funciona, solo gira la manguera pero el robot no se mueve.Tienda externa a Amazon, compra hecha hace 1 mes, hice una consulta para hacer la devolución y aún no me han contestado ni devuelto el dinero después de más de 15 días de la devolución hecha y pagando los gastos de envío cuando el artículo está defectuoso.

Doesn't move
This machine relies on incoming water pressure to move. Hooked up to the incoming water feed, there just isn't enough pressure to generate movement so it sits on the bottom of the pool with its directional paddle turning round uselessly. And we have a new build house with good water pressure, a Bestway filter and Bestway heater (both of which are excellent), so it's just a flawed design.
